  I recently had a great experience with Karyn K. at this location. My daughter and I came into the bank with a pretty big "To-Do" banking list...setting up a CD, opening/closing accounts, signing my daughter up for her first credit card, etc. Karyn was very pleasant and willing to help us. And although my daughter and I thought that this was going to be very tedious to accomplish, Karyn's banking expertise got us through in a breeze. Piece of cake! Thanks so much Karyn and Tri City National Bank!

  I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Toni and Shari at this TCNB branch. Toni was my Teller who recommended a savings account to set up for my grandchild. She was very well versed on the different accounts available and what would be the best choice for my needs. (I chose the WUTMA.) I was then directed to Shari who prepared the documents and thoroughly went over the account details. I never felt rushed and no question went unanswered. Both of these ladies were very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They were both so friendly! Thank you TriCity for hiring the best!!!

  This is only Tri-City that I will go to from now on. Other branches the employees were generally unhelpful but at this location, Nick and everyone I've been helped by has gone above and beyond as far as customer service. The employees here are top-notch, but Nick especially has been great

  Shari always has a smile on her face when she sees me . While my transactions generally are a bit more involved, Shari is patient and very thorough. I know I can rely on her experience when I pop in the Hales Corners Branch.

  I was helped by Karyn at the one in Hales Corners and she was amazing during the whole process! Helped me set up an additional account and walked me through everything step by step. Highly recommend this branch location.

  I have always loved using Tri-City National bank, and was even more impressed with the help of Toni at the Hales Corners location. She took the extra time to print off every document and transaction that I needed. Great customer service in all aspects! Thank you!

  McKenzie was very helpful when I called to ask questions about a checking account I needed to open. When I showed up at the branch she remembered me, commented that she had gotten additional information, and was ready to open the account for me. Customer service is very important to me, and I found McKenzie to be very professional, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable.

  Great customer service! TCNB has been my bank for over 25 years and I have utilized many of their services. I wouldn’t have stayed this long if I didn’t feel they deserved my business. Always professional and friendly. Definitely recommend!
