  Please find another Chevrolet dealership even if you have to drive. Worst experience ever. I was dealing with a salesman, Richard, on the phone. Drove 3 hours one way to look at the truck and the salesman was not there and they would not honor the price that was agreed on. Worst customer service and dealership I have dealt with in 30 years.

  My experience at this dealership was a little different the sales man was great kept on top of thing but its when i went to put a deposit on the truck so i could come back for it within a couple of hours is where everything went south. I was told i couldnt put a deposit on the truck because others was looking at it but one has put a deposit on it or has came up with the money as of then. Now why couldnt i is a guess to me. When i called back to see if anybody came by they said that was looking at it so i could come n to buy the truck it was sold they said in a matter of 2 hours that i was gone. Now why wasnt i told this n the first place so i would waste my time or theirs i dont know but it wasnt til i was on the way back that i was told that . Now if u was holding the truck for someone they shouldve had a deposit on it and why would u not take one from someone that wants to put one on the vehicle. So thats y i say 3 stars the dealer hisself was great only reason i gave them 3 but the finance manager was the one doing all the bs with me. Now if there is someone higher than him like the owner of the place his self or whom ever would like to talk this out with me i would like to resolve this issue i had at your business thanks

  We apologize for the confusion. We were unsuccessful reaching a dealer who was interested in purchasing your motorcycle. The motorcycle was a key factor to move forward because there was a payoff. We offered to discount our truck and put a number on your SUV. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a buyer for your Harley Davidson. We contacted 3 motorcycle dealers and none were able to move forward on purchasing your bike. We appreciate you allowing us an opportunity to help you.

  Easy scheduling, quick thourough service, friendly personel. Only thing would make it better if they would vacuum out and wash my baby!!

  I took my truck in to get the parking brake adjusted, instead of adjusting them they told me it was gonna cost $1200 because the cable was pulling out of the backplate, so they charged me $110 and basically did nothing. I took it to a friend of mine the next day that is a mechanic, he saw nothing wrong with the cable, he adjusted the parking brake and now it works fine, Don't take your vehicle here unless you want to get ripped off
