  We have been customers of Home Trust Bank for approximately three years. Since that time they moved to another state with no local facility to cash checks and withdraw money. They are now an hour away. Since then we have continued to pay bills online. Two months ago we requested to stop withdrawals from our checking account to my money market account They didn't do that. Now I have called three times leaving messages to correct this. I was told they are to busy with other clients to be bothered. Hence problem is still not corrected. Terrible customer service

  Young black girl in drive thru has a serious attitude problem….not friendly at all. My mom went by to put some money in my account one day through the drive-through and they put it in the wrong account the receipt she got back had somebody else’s name on it she had to turn around and go back it’s just carelessness like that I can’t deal with.

  I use the drive thru more than anything because I’m always rushing. I would like to say though, during this pandemic they have been extremely helpful! As a single mother, i work 2 jobs, 1 is at a convenient store .. where I often run low/out of 10s, 5s & change. They’ve helped make my job/days a little easier, and don’t even know it 😊 So thank you HomeTrust 💙

  Best bank ever. The staff is always so nice and polite. If I have a problem they always work with me. I truly appreciate all you guys. Thank you for all that you do.

  I had to transfer due to my bank closing, and they're so much more nicer and polite than my old bank, I have a wonderful relationship with the employee David he always helped my mother and of course I followed he takes his time and explains everything so you can understand, he's a wonderful person and goes out of his way to help
