  I highly recommend Trenton Lawrence as a Mortgage Loan Originator. I was a first-time home buyer and didn’t know what to expect. Before I even submitted paperwork, Trenton called me and spent an hour telling me about the process and answering questions. Trenton is a great communicator—he is very enthusiastic about his work and does it well. He kept me updated every step of the way. When I contacted him or anyone on his team, I always heard back from them quickly. I especially appreciated this because it was November-December 2020 and everyone was swamped. One of my priorities was a low interest rate. Trenton got a low rate for me and held onto it during the many repairs and inspections that delayed my closing date.
