  I highly recommend Earl Rasmussen and his team for all your mortgage needs. They kept the communication open throughout the entire process. We had tons of questions and they always explained it in detail so we could understand the mortgage lingo! No surprises or misleading information! As first time home buyers, they made sure we were comfortable with every choice made along the way! A very professional and humble team!

  Kris and his team surly went that extra mile and then some. The whole process was painless. At one point our old home had sold before we had our new home and I kinda freaked out thinking what if this new loan doesn’t go through, what then?!? Kris had my back the entire time, he assured us we were good. I just can’t say enough about him and his team he has working with them.   Kris and the entire team were absolutely amazing in helping us buy our home. We had some logistical issues that I thought were going to be a big problem.   Andrea Schmitt made the experience as easy as possible. No drama, no issues. The SecurityNat'l doc portal worked well and whatever they asked for I simply scanned in. They reviewed whatever within a couple of hours and promptly told me what was still needed. The home and it's loan closed in less than 30 days. Highly recommended.

  Andrea and her assistant Kendyl were very easy to work with. They made the process of buying a new home easy and they move fast. Go with Andrea before considering a home bank, which takes much more time.
