      Travis Downs is top notch! We will never use anyone else for any home purchases ever again. We were out of state and I called Travis as he was recommended by our son. He called me back within the hour and had us a pre approval within 12 hours. We had a time constraint since we were forced out of our home within 60 days. Travis was available to answer questions we had and so very helpful any time we needed answers.
