C Johnson5I would like to adorn this location with praise as I was in an urgent position with needing to switch my checking account number due to fraud. The Bryant Irvin Road location declined to provide assistance. This location sensed the urgency in my voice and rapidly assisted me. I highly recommend this location due to their excellent staff and exemplary customer service.

Just Cold1Always have issues cashing checks at this bank and today topped the cake... written a check with attached Christmas Bonus from work today and went to cash my check. Was told there is a check cashing limit and cannot continue... Faith the banker said go get a different check or open an account. Excuse me... so unfortunately I drove 45 minutes back to the office and was written 3 checks because Faith wouldn't tell limit and my boss was needing to leave out of town and just wanted to make sure I was paid. So I drive back to the same bank. Same teller Faith and she cashes my 3 checks charging me service fees for all 3... $30 because they couldn't call my boss and approve original check. I told Faith this is ridiculous and I understand being charged $10 but the full $30 is exactly why I refuse Chase bank as a bank. Then she tosses yes tosses my cards back through the slot and my metal credit card bounces out and on the floor denting the edges some. Complete disrespect and poor customer service. I could not even speak to a member of management because I refused the chance because they are helping CHASE CUSTOMERS and I am not one. Wow Faith. I will be contact corporate of this handling.

Armando Falcon1Came in today just to add someone to my account the branch manager sat us down started to help then gets up walks away and doesn’t come back to help us instead he makes us wait over 20 min . While he is socializing with employees . Bad management

Alejandra Ledesma5As soon as I walked in the door greeted with smiles, and hellos. Araceli was great!! helped me out as soon as she could. I need coin wrappers she helped me out with that, also went out of her way to make it easier by giving me a tray that organizes the coins a lot better. Her customer service was spectacular. Everyone else welcomed me as well, and made sure I had already been taken care of. Will definitely come back! Bryan was very helpful and kind. Took care of an issue that another branch made. Got us in and out. Look forward to working with Bryan again. Thank you. 5/26/2021

C. Hado5It's better than my previous bank and I like it. Edit after using this bank for a few months- the drive through I never have any problems with. The clerks are always polite and the management beats the hell out of my old chase bank (The ones at a prior bank sent unsolicited emails and pestered me.).

Rosy RSC5Amazing service!!! I lost my card and I was directed to this branch. The first time I arrived I was a bit lost, and immediately someone came out to welcome me. She redirected me to the waiting area and kindly informed me that all the personal bankers were busy but would be with me as soon as possible. After 5 minutes of waiting, another lady approached me and asked if there was anything she could help with and informed me the approximately wait time and offered water and coffee. I greatly appreciate that they acknowledged the customer... it makes the waiting seem worth it. Then a personal bankers walks out and introduces himself and apologizes for the wait, and informs me that as soon as one becomes available I will be next. During my wait, all the customer's that arrive are acknowledged and guided to the appropriate place. Then Mr. Reaves introduces himself and he was friendly and got me my new card in about 5 minutes. The customer service was incredible!!! They acknowledged all customer's and were extremely helpful. Thank you!!!

Carolyn Manges5A few months ago, I came to this branch to receive an instant issued debit card, after mine was compromised. (I have done this before in the past as needed and was told this is the branch to come to if you need something instantly issued as a corporate branch they could.) I was informed that the policy had changed and they could only issue a instant ATM card that day. She acknowledged that the policy had recently changed. I asked if there was an email newsletter or anything that would inform us on changes that I could opt in to. She said there was not, but said there were appropriate channels for her to pass on my concerns and suggestions. Well, this morning I received an email inviting more feedback and making amends to some of the changes I did not appreciate. I am glad I use Chase for my banking needs, they have always been nice, and a prompt as possible. Thank you for following through with your word, and providing excellent service!

Marissa1Their drive thru line is sooooooo slooooooowwwww! I’ve been to other Chase banks and none are as slow as this one. Then your like dang okay let me go inside and they are slow inside as well. I’d rather drive a little further away to make sure I get the service I need. I don’t want to wait in lines for 20+ minutes when everywhere else you are in and out. The bankers are nice though.

M Ramsey1This was a terrible experience, the teller I approached was poorly trained by the leadership in the branch and did not know the limits on cashing a check for a non customer, I made it very clear I was not an account holder at this bank. This caused the teller to actually run the check and imprint it as if it were going to be cashed, she then called management and the Branch Manager stopped the transaction due to the fact that it was over the limit for a "non Account holder". The manager then proceeded to stamp the check with a "canceled Endorsement" stamp and let me know in no uncertain terms that she would not be cashing the check. So, they were going to cash the check and then the manager saw me and decided that that wouldn't be happening, maybe she just didn't like the way I looked. Whatever the case was it was clear that she was not going to be any help, I soon discovered that the 800 number was about the same in regards to customer service. I suppose the manager has the last laugh because she indeed did not have to honor the check which I went and deposited in my personal account. Of course I will forever have a story to tell when it comes to someone choosing a financial institution and where I might recommend they go.
