  I have been banking here since I was 12 years old when it was metro credit union. The employees are all super helpful and friendly. Have been incredibly helpful assisting me in my financial decisions growing up. I have had a CD account a starter credit builder card a savings account, checking account, flex MMA account. Starter loan and they just recently helped me get my first car loan. Major shout out to Amanda and Kayla for all their help with my various loans and credit decisions. They have always been honest and informative with various financial decisions I have made. This location also offers loose change counting with a machine which is incredibly convenient and so much better than coinstar. Their co-OP ATM network probably isnt the best but this particular location has an enclosed ATM vestibule with a locking mechanism that scans your debit card for entry.

  I should give it a 3 but being nice today. They should specifically say online, they do not cater to outside credit unions. I have used my card here, but when I needed inside service, I was left clueless. Please let me know if posted in other places.
