  Jessica at the Eddystone branch, is the best and incredibly knowledgeable. She gave me so much information and not only that but she also gave me the tools on how I can put the life long lasting information given to me to great use. I’m so happy and blessed to receive the help I did from her. She’s so pure and genuine. She wants everyone to succeed and leave the branch feeling good. We need more people like Jessica, plus she helped me through my entire car process. If you’re in the Eddystone area and with FMFCU please see Jessica she’s truly the best and knows what she’s doing.

  This branch is impersonal and unfriendly. The teller I dealt with didn’t want to verify my identity and help with my transaction so a manager was brought in to help. The manager also had a lot of impertinent questions and a poor attitude towards me. The whole exchange lacked proper service and discretion. This is unfortunate because I have always had a positive experience working with FMFCU but I will be calling corporate on Monday to report this reprehensible service and I really wish I did not have to.

  Superior Customer Service! I opened an account with Ayana at the Eddystone branch & could not be more impressed. I didn’t get there until 4:50 & they close at 5p (you couldn’t even tell that they were getting ready to close, I saw the hours on the door). I hope Ayana is treated well because employees like her are RARE; I would hire her in a heartbeat...anyone with sense would lol!! Highly recommend 🏦

  Went in to see if they wanted my business. Also had too checks to cash/deposit. I figured the regular tellers Could not help. So I patiently waited for Someone at one of the desks To say "do you need help?" "I'll be Right with you" Well Both of them were Too busy with other stuff. Neither one had a customer. Well, after Waiting some more I said to the guy next to me : "Guess they dont want my business" And Walked out.
