  My family has done two house closings through them. They are wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all questions and really were great at explaining each paper and step we needed to take for closing. Awesome people.

  5 stars! When calling to make an appointment, everyone was very professional on phone, we scheduled a closing with ease, had to change the appointment several times, no problems there, and when we finally got to closing, the agent answered all of our many questions very kindly and very easily, she knew everything about the property and didn't even need to ask the seller about the questions we had. I'm so impressed with this company, the closing was done in a very reasonable amount of time and for a great price. Id highly recommend TransnationTitle Agency for all your Title needs. If you're buying or selling a home I'd recommend karen Biggs, realtor at Coldwell Banker West Branch Michigan. Karen really brought this deal together. She knows the area so well and really works very hard for her clients!! Special thank you to Karen.
