Allie Acres1I was with this company for about a year. They withdrew my 7 policies from an old account, over a week after I had updated my information to draw from a new account. The agent said it was not her fault, it was my banks fault for their mistake. She refused to apologize or refund the money. The "owner" Mike said they would issue a refund as soon as possible. Three days later I called to ask for an update after checking with my bank to see no refund. Mike said he could not issue me a refund for the pulled policies or for the additional four withdrawal attempts to my account due to the fact that "his office can't do that". He also kept trying to place blame on their billing department and myself for not "checking what policies were being changed". What job are these people even responsible for if they don't handle payments, refunds, or changes? I'm out $396.30, no attempts to correct the issue, no one in the office can perform their job. Mike himself said he refused to issue a refund. I did call a few new insurance companies during this and two out of the three I called quoted my 7 policies over $700 a month cheaper! I was thrilled to know in just one month I would save what this company stole. I will never trust this company to handle my money again. Nor would I trust them in a situation when I did have a claim, to help me. I would strongly advise to choose a different insurance company to handle your policies when you have a claim.
Response from the ownerHi Stephanie, I'm so sorry for your frustrations. I have conducted a thorough internal review with the thought that if we had erred, we needed to start there and make it right. Finding nothing, we checked with your insurance carrier, where your coverage was placed. They have shared their notes with us and while they were very willing and happy to help you, their notes are clear and detailed that their security protocols which are in place to protect your identity and security required some repitition when processing different accounts. Even though these protocols are the insurance company's and not ours, their notes do indicate the very significant degree to which you became frustrated. I'm really very sorry this was such a cause of frustration for you. While customers till now have always appreciated the protection afforded their personal security, and while we've never had a customer react negatively, and so strongly, I'm sure you had your reasons. Everyone is entitled to their thoughts, feelings, and perspectives. It's also interesting to note that it can be confusing as to what functions are performed by the insurance company vs the agency. The transactions intended, but interrupted when you ended the call with the company, could very well have been completed. In further checking, I also learned that none of the insurance premiums that were due, were actually pulled by the insurance company as noted; the only fees incurred were bank fees. I wish you the best in the future, and thank you for the privilege of allowing us to serve while we did.

I have called a few times for quotes and always given the help I needed, they are VERY polite and courteous, I would recommend them to everyone!!! Everything is so impersonal these days and you fill out forms online trying to figure out what is what, a simple phone call and they happily answer all of your questions and give you the quotes that would best suit you! Great people!!!!
