  Dan and his team are great! They’re very knowledgeable about different mortgage products for my clients that are first time buyers, investors and flippers. Dan personally has been around for a while and offers creative solutions when most traditional banks say “no.” Highly recommend!

  I just closed my house today , ON TIME! I would highly recommend Dan Tran for the mortgage borrowing service. He is knowledgeable, efficient and patient. We had very tight schedule, everything needed to be acquired on time. Dan helped us to ensure things on the track at every step. He was very patient to answer my questions when I had ones during the mortgage application process.
