  Sold my car in my state (Maine) online and two reps from river auto sales came up, were very friendly, paid the agreed price, and made the transaction very smooth. A week later, I realized I left my ezpass and garage door opener in the car. I called and John was able to locate my missing items and shipped them back to Maine for me! It's employees like John that would make me refer this company to anyone that asks. He deserves a raise!

  I liked my experience here. I managed to find a used car at a good price, and I bought it. That being said, the salesman couldn't remember who I was. I don't think he ever took me seriously. After our email exchanges, he wasn't expecting me when I showed up. Then he couldn't remember who I was or what I was interested in when I showed up a second time the same week. Then once I bought the vehicle, I reviewed the finances and realized something was off- he ended up reimbursing me for around $200, but I'd have lost that if I didn't catch the mistake. I guess the experience could have been better, but I'm still giving it a 4 star because I would shop here again. My car hasn't given me any trouble since I purchased it 8 months ago. I got it below market value, and I'm happy with the purchase.

  I stopped into RIVER AUTO SALES, and was a very nice experience. The staff was very friendly and cares about you quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. The waiting area is also very nice and comfortable while they are working with other customer. The deal were very appreciated - JOHN is the best!. Thank you again for getting me a good offers!
