  I've had a good experience with Jacqueline at the Dixie branch, when getting my loan for my ford explorer. She is very good at her work and very knowledgeable. Above all she the nicest banker I ever worked with. I will, with no doubt recommend her.

  I've been a member for over 20 years, I just recently went in and Jacqueline really took great care of me and went above and beyond to help me.... she was very attentive and anticipated all my needs..... she helped me save a lot of money by consolidating some of my debts with a unbelievably low interest rate. I could not be more happier with my credit union

  I met Jackie during BD through my employer Yanfeng and was wonderful experience. Jackie goes above and beyond my expectations every time I reach out to her. She referred me to refi my mortgage and did my car loan and saved me money. Transcend have a gem and I’m very happy and please to have my business with you all.

  Felicia, Miriam, and Daniel provided the best customer service and answered all my questions as a new member. The inside location is very clean and organized. Opening the new account was so easy and quick and receiving a bank card only took less than 4 mins.

  My wife and I were in a bind owing a roofer, we called Jackie at our local branch and she jumped through hoops to help us, I have never had a bank process move so quickly. I would recommend transcend and Jackie to anyone that needs banking.

  I was attempting to move way "outside the box" and make an automotive purchase I did not think was possible. I had done some research, but I was tentative and not sure what to ask. I live in Lexington and stumbled across this option on the internet... only available to certain Kentucky county residents... So, I made the call and got connected to this Louisville branch. Not a problem... Jackie Barreto answered. She was polite and kind. Not words used much in today's human interaction. She was a beacon of information and hope in the process. She immediately went to work and made this "out of state" purchase a reality. And, much to my joy and surprise, made the purchase far less expensive than I thought possible! I absolutely love driving my Navigator(,,, also made right here in Kentucky!) Thank you Jackie! Transcend Credit Union has earned my business for life!! Next up...HELOC... Why give corporate banks all of my money? I prefer the idea of keeping it local. After all... I earned it here! Why not spend it here!

  Miriam was the best she has excellent customer services she always smiling ang willing to help in anyway that she can Jackie was awesome as well i was trying to get some things taken care of and she reached out to me very promptly and got the ball rolling the crew over at the Dixie branch is always a joy to deal with
