  Z......... at 5200 Dixie Highway location refused to let me withdraw money that was available due to me transferring from one account to another. Had to visit Krogers they seem to trust me. I been with 5/3 20+ years thinking about changing 11/10/2020. --5stars As of 11/16/2020 the Branch Mgr Ms.Patti has called and professionally apologized for her clerk’s methods. Thank you Ms Patti For your concern ..all is well

  Poor service. I will be closing my account with this bank as soon as I can. My card got hacked and got a new one in like 10 business days (ridiculous) haven't had it no time and my other new one got hacked and going through the same issue again. Waiting for ever to use MY money. I will gladly close my account here when I get everything in order. DO NOT BANK HERE.

  I would give no stars if available. Very poor customer service. Saying I’m sorry for a mistake you make but not fixing it. Worst bank ever. Glad this isn’t my regular bank. I will never use a 5th 3rd in the future. Be upfront especially with a new potential client. Trying to sneak feed in at the end of transaction, shame on you!

  This has got to be the absolute SLOWEST bank in history. I hate going to this location because I know I am going to be here for at least 15 mins and that's if there is one person ahead of me, u better add 10 minutes for every person after that. I am sitting in the drive-through now with no one else in the drive-through and one person inside and I have been here for 15 minutes... Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention how rude they are.

  ATM is frequently down or unable to take cash. I have a job where I take home cash tips and this is the closest ATM to that job so it’s an awful shame one of their most popular services doesn’t even work when I need it to.

  Absolutely the worst bank ever...hateful.disrespectful..lie right to your face then deny it..even when you produce documents dated with there hand writing..I've never Ben treated so bad ever..they just sit there with blank looks and no answers..they are crooked and steal from you and say no we didn't..there mortgage department is also just crappy...I truly hope someone will read this and bank elsewhere after all the trouble I've went through with Them and the heartache and disrespect they have shown my family...I've spoken to other people that feel the same way....take my advise stay away from these crooked banks...they will bust your kids piggy bank take money and deny it.......beware....take your hard earned money to a bank.....don't go here.......
