  HORRIBLE PAWN SHOP! he literally turned away good quality items after I expressed how much me and my family was in need. Not to mention how bad the store looked I'll never go back for anything.

  Worst pawn shop in Louisville! Brought a gun in to get a loan and was told that the lady wasn’t there to do loans on guns. I was told this by the owner!!!!! The only reason they got 1 star is because they are open on Sundays and no other pawn shops are.

  On a Sunday evening, when you know your paycheck did not make it through the weekend and you need some cash for the work week...... call ahed if you need reassurance. Or drop by for the best customer service ever. If u have questions you can call or email also I love the appointments availability option. If you dont want everyone to know or if you have a little more than you want others to know about.... make an appointment. We love this place.

  Our family does a lot of business with them. They have been nothing short of fantastic! They're a great family and not once have we ever been treated unfairly. They're easy to talk to, no pressure and really know the business. We recommend them time and time again to our friends and family and will continue to support their business. Bottom line...they're an awesome family with a great business in Louisville. Hope they stay around for many more years to come! We need good businesses like this. J&M...best pawn shop around...hands down!

  Bought a laptop here back in January. My kid messed with it so I took it back to see if they could fix it or pawn it and upgrade. The young guy, didn't catch his name wiped it and reinstalled Windows 10 for me. The best part they didn't charge a thing. I would highly recommend.

  They done me real well, told them I need a new PC, I got a 13 inch mac book sold to me at a very excellent price. They are open Sundays and have everything I'm looking for. Forward to doing business with them more. Thanks, Dennis

  All I did was call to inquire on how they do loans for titles on the car and the young man I spoke to was very unprofessional, might’ve been on drugs not sure, if you want a real deal advisor never take your car to these people you will regret it.

  In my opinion, the best pawn shop in Louisville and probably the state of Kentucky. Will communicate with the customer. Dealt more than fairly with me. Nice family owned place and great hours of operation. I highly recommend.

  Great little family owned shop. Stopped in on a whim today, and spent some time browsing. They have a very wide selection of stuff to check out, and some pretty good deals on items. Their broadest selections appeared to be guns and power tools, but lots of other things as well. They have pretty much whatever you're looking for, and offered to order anything they might not have in stock. I walked out with a very good deal on a set of gearwrenches.
