  If I could give more stars I would. TrailsWest Bank is the best! They are so personable, kind and fast to get things done. I have to make a personal shout out to Kim and Ben. They did an amazing job helping us buy our dream home. They are very hardworking, their communication is on the ball and they are so knowledgeable. We had a huge snag with an estate issue and Kim LaPierre went above and beyond helping us! TrailsWest has the best rates and I will always recommend them.

  Made a phone call to check on a issue i was having. In the middle of explaining the gal hung up on me in the middle of talking. Not happy. Update: i dont think 12 hours passed and they resolved the situation. Updating review to reflect the changes from a 2 star.

  I have banked at all the Trail West locations. The lolo drive-thru has the best costumer service. The tellers are always kind and helpful. But can we take pride in the building? - window cleaning -pull weeds -fresh lane paint My favorite location, but would love a welcoming environment! 💛 -Linda

  I have had accounts at TrailWest Bank in Lolo for over 4 years and am very glad I switched. The people that work there are very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I also have tried the LIVE ATM machine that they have in the lobby and it worked very well. I highly recommend TrailWest Bank in Lolo for all your banking needs.

  If I could give less I would. I've had the same check 4 times a year go into this bank for 13 years. They changed their policy on ach deposits and failed to tell anyone. They are rude and condescending and refuse to be helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and find a bank that is honest and upfront about policy.
