  The only thing that could be better is if you allowed Jayne Spivey to train all of your reps! She has handled my account for a long time and has always treated me with respected and kindness. When my payments have gotten off-track she has helped me set a plan to get up to date, and she has sent me reminders to keep me on track. The encouragement she has given has made such a difference! So thankful I was paired with her!

  This is one of my top 3 favorite banks! I do business with this bank because of Missy & Taffy! They go beyond and above to help me structure & put together a deal! They are always there when I need them! Tracir is lucky to have such great, professional & helpful employees! Drew, Ben, Rose, Kathy and Keeley are pretty awesome, too!

  I love my rep.. Janie is wonderful and always helpful. If I am going to be late paying, I just call up and let them know. Most of the time they are very helpful and understanding. I really have no problems with them and have recommended them to friends...

  I read all the one star reviews and those people are idiots. I got a car loan and paid every two weeks for over three years. I was able to easily set up a direct payment through my checking account and never missed a payment. Just set it and forget it. I had horrible credit and this helped me tremendously gain a decent credit score back again.

  Tracir has been my Car Loan company for about 5 years Between 2 cars. They have ALWAYS worked with me when I may have fallen behind or needed some extra time. When I traded in my 1st car with them they were right there with an even lower rate to help me get in my new car. Tracir is for the regular making it day to day people. And Laura???? Laura Meeker!!!??? She is absolutely amazing. She is a wonderful woman. Has helped me every step of the way. If you are looking for a car Loan from a company with decency and integrity, Tracir is your best bet.

  4 years ago. I lucked up and got Janie S as my loan officer. Janie has helped me far more than just postponing a payment here and there. Shes became a friend I've never met face to face. I reccomend TRACIR FINANCIAL to anyone who's trying to get a loan for whatever reason life has thrown ya. By the time you get your loan paid off your family in a sense.

  I found tracer financial thru Buckeye Motors in Columbus Ohio. They are straight shooters. Always professional and friendly and always have the answers I need. I would highly recommend them and I'm grateful for them.
