  I’ve been a member of this agency for well over 20yrs! Tracey and her team are AMAZING! Their customer service is superb! Tracey is extremely knowledgeable and very responsive! After a very stressful unfortunate issue, Kelly the office manager went above and beyond to assist. Sherise was extremely helpful with assisting me with my recent life insurance policies. This agency is the best, I highly recommend! I LOVE them!!

  I am very impressed with the professionalism of Tracey Stidham and her team. Every time I call, the agents are super nice and helpful, always willing to help with any questions and are a quick response. They always have all the answers that I need and overall they all have great customer service. I recently called with a question and had a very pleasant experience with one of the agents, Samanta. She was very patient and considerate and had all the answers that I needed. I really appreciated her great service and her kind personality. I highly recommend that you speak with her if you need any help with your insurance! True professionals.

  Tracey Stidham and her team are the best! When I call their office, all of the team members are extremely professional, and answer all of my questions. Especially SamanTa. She is very understanding with my needs and is always patient with me. SamanTa is the one to ask for. I highly recommend her. Very pleased with the service I encounter.

  At the beginning, Tracey and her team were wonderful - I was making a switch from Geico for better rates, and their responsiveness and attention to detail made this the agency that I decided to go with... until last week. I received a letter from the DMV stating that there had been a documentation error (the first I'd heard!) and a registered lapse in my insurance. I called Tracey's office and her staff to rectify this, specifically Brandy, have been unresponsive. She said she'd place me on hold to further assist, hung up, the proceeded to place me on the answering machine. As any car owner can appreciate, when you choose to do business with an insurance agency, you're trusting their professionalism and integrity. Tracey Stidham's office has neither and I do not recommend them.

  Hey Joanna. Thank you for your comments. I do recall your situation very well. In regards to the phone situation which we discussed, after Brandi put you on hold, you were not there when she went to transfer you. She did not hang up on you, she thought you just hung up. Then, when you called back, it was after hours (5:00 pm) and that is why you got the voicemail. I understand how this would look from your perspective. Regarding the documentation error, State Farms records showed that you missed a payment and therefore your auto insurance lapsed. The DMV then sent you out a letter stating you were being fined since you were without insurance. You were adamant that you did pay so I informed you that if you could get a copy of a bank statement showing that you did pay, I would be more than happy to correct this for you. You left my office stating you were headed to your bank and would be returning with the required documentation. You never returned and the very next day, you requested to be transferred to a different State Farm Agency.

  My experience has been honest, prompt service from Tracey and her team. Tracey took the time to review what coverage I did and did not need for my firm - she is not in it just for the sale, she really cares that you get the best coverage at the best price!
