We needed to access our safety deposit box to obtain the title to our car for a sale. We called to find out the location was CLOSED! No notifications. Nothing. We called and waited on hold for 15 minutes but the only thing they can do is send an email to a department that will respond in 24 hours. 48 hours later, no response. I called again, another 20 minutes, they send another email. Still no idea how we are going to access the box and contents. The buyer canceled the sale due to this issue. I am switching to a local bank that has actual customer service.

I have a safe deposit box here, but they closed this branch, so now I can’t get access to it. There’s an email address that no one responds to and a phone number that no one answers. I can’t get my stuff. I’m dumbfounded. Edit: in response to this review, I heard from B of A, who told me to tweet at them for help, and, eventually that worked. I mean, it worked in the sense that I finally got access to the box, after way too much effort. It’s still one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Easy 5 stars from me. I worked with Paul to make an amendment to my account and he made it very easy to do so. Greeted as we walked in and the manager checked us in early as we were a little early to our appointment. Beautiful location with multiple ATMS. Overall I’m thoroughly impressed with this location and it will, more then likely be the location I always visit.

      Response from the owner

Excellent! Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client. ^emely

By far the best banking experience I have ever had! Amazing people work at this branch of Bank of America. Denise, Todd and Brad are outstanding. Everyone is consistantly friendly and helpful. This was my father's bank, and they held my hand through the difficult process of becoming his financial manager during his last year of life and then transitioning his accounts to my name after he passed away. This bank is usually busy, so if you need to meet with an advisor, it's best to make an appointment which you can do online. You can stop in and wait too. Parking is a little tight. Service in Spanish available.

My experience has always been : greeted at the door, based on your need the greeter will try to help us, the lines can be long but acceptable on some days; but that should really be expected—right? I mean you’re not the only individual who may work from 9-6 or 10-7. Saturday’s end up being the saving-grace ( if you will). Perhaps those of us who don’t have this dilemma try to seek help Monday through Friday. That’s how we work together. Complaining about lines it’s really MUTE due to the Nations “new normal.” Social Distance—right?✌🏾

I recently visited this branch trying to notify them my travel plan and ask them not to send my new debit card while I am away. I was told that they would not send the new card that soon. Then, during my trip, I got an email notifying that my new card is sent. That lady only care about getting me to applying for an extra credit card, and completely ignore what I want.

Even though I came in and the gentlemen taking appointments got the woman ahead of me right away and never paid me any attention, I’m pretty sure it was a race thing. The teller at the window was very polite when she regretfully told me that she couldn’t help me with my problem, which was changing my PIN. She informed me that I needed to speak with someone in the office and that this gentleman would help me and then I told her what happened. She immediately tried to help and told an associate that I needed help, I was greeted by a wonderful business woman who was very professional and just stated she didn’t want to be there because it was so nice outside, it was a great experience from then on. Even though I was treated badly upon entering the establishment it was clearly made right by someone who really didn’t have to. Also I got to skip all the people waiting but it was only for a PIN that maybe took a minute, definitely way shorter time then this review. Hope this helps any wondering.

Pondering a lawsuit. I have Tourettes Syndrome, and when I feel seriously shocked by something, especially when I am already stressed, I sometimes swear. I was surprised by the bulletproof glass, and that is weird to me because I am used to a friendly credit union. Yes, I swore, but thankfully, I was the only non-employee there. The manager became very belligerent with me and demanded that I leave because of my "language," and she took a confrontational, escalating approach that just took me from being surprised by something that was unusual to me to actually being upset. She showed no empathy at all. It didn't seem to cross her mind that I could just be having a bad day or that my behavior could be related to a disability. It was just heartlessness. And she seems convinced that she cannot possibly be held accountable. If any attorney wants to take my case, I would be willing to put it into writing that anything due to me go to support a non-profit that gives legal assistance to people with disabilities. That would benefit me eventually because I have a disability, myself. I would sign off on that right now.

Yolanda is the best person I have ever dealt with at a bank. She is so sweet and absolutely a gem! Just from my experience with her today has helped me choose who I bank with now. Will be back to this location more! Thanks Yolanda!
