  Refinancing my new car purchase thru Towpath was exceptionally easy and quick while obtaining an interest rate nearly 3.5% lower than the dealers rate. The time from on-line application to approval and pay-off check in the mail was 5 days. I worked with Julie D. who was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating the process and instructing what I needed to do. I have an account at Towpath so I was able to do everything on line and over the phone. For my next vehicle financing, I will be going to Towpath 1st.

  Entire process for a vehicle loan was easy and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Julie at the north main st branch was great and very through with the loan documents and vehicle purchase process. I’d highly recommend talking to towpath for your next vehicle loan.

  I have worked with Towpath Credit Union for many years. I have financed 2 cars with them and I use them for other services as well. The level of professionalism has been unmatched by any other lender. The car dealerships were unwilling to help and very impatient. I applied and received a response within a day explaining what was required to continue with my pre-approval. My loan officer was Julie Dubravetz and she made me feel like a top priority! She thoroughly explained the process, what she needed, and how my car note was calculated. She acted as an advocate when communicating with the underwriters and went over and beyond to aid in the process of purchasing my car. Towpath has competitive interest rates and they offer great warranty options. My loan officer even came into the office on her off day to make sure everything went smoothly for me. If you are looking for a lender that's accurate, swift, professional and cares about their customers, Towpath is the right company for you!

  Carina the Assistant Branch Manager is phenomenal. Not only is she knowledge and helped both my husband and I in our unique individual situations, but she is very personable. and works consistently to get you the help you need. If your in Akron or the surrounding areas stop buy and see her. P.S. someone needs to give her a raise!!!! She works after hours, works with my lunch availability, and does weekends... I couldn’t ask a better person to help us with our financial needs.
