  My car was reended and took to Ron Marhofer Collison center. The whole experience of getting in the accident to 2 months later when insurance decided to total it was horrible except for the Ron marhofer collision center!! They were they only shining light thru it all. So after it was settled we decided to go back and buy a car from Ron marhofer today. Again great service and treaded us wonderfully. Highly suggest them for what ever ur needs are.

  I had glen and he was awesome! He was very patient and got me into a good running newer reliable car. Everyone there was courteous and friendly! I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family members. The only thing was the price. We agreed on a monthly payment of 265 and after the papers were signed it was 359. That was my only issue. Other than that everything else was spot on!

  I had an amazing experience working the Mark and Tatiane at Ron Marhofer Credit solutions. I explained my situation, was able to leave with a BRAND NEW VEHICLE!! Never in my life has that happened!! They worked with me, with my budget! They did not pressure me and made me feel right at home! They understood what I needed for me and my family and they made it happen! Mark went above and beyond to work with the bank to have me approved for a better more reliable new car! I will refer everyone to them! They will make you feel like family, give you the quality time you deserve when making a big decision like purchasing a car and have you set up for success!   Steve & Victor. Def the best. I encountered a couple of issues with the vehicle my daughter purchased and Steve and Victor was on top of it. My daughter attends college out of state and they did everything possible to make sure the vehicle was in top shape. I can’t remember the lady who works there, but I definitely would not recommend her. She needs Customer Service Training. I definitely recommend the dealership but I’m only giving 5 stars to Steve, the manager who cares about his customers and his salesman Victor, who went way beyond good customer service. I have people coming to you both very soon.
