  Very happy with my service provided by Towpath FCU. They delivered a much lower interest rate than what I was expecting for my 2014 Grand Cherokee and they got my loan completed within 1 business day.   Monica really stepped up and dealt with a car dealership that was being uncooperative. Jeremy went outside of and below his duties to insure my business got personal attention when no one else was available. It felt like I was time travelling to a distant small town past where everyone knew and cared about me. I only wish I had done business here sooner!

  I JUST WANTED TO EXPRESS MY APPRECIATION OF THE SERVICE CHRISTY PROViDED FOR ME ON LAST FRiDAY WHEN I CAME IN SOMEWHAT DISCOMBOBULATED AND REDUCED TO TEARS DUE TO UNKNOWN PERSON ATTEMPTING TO ILLEGALLY WITHDRAW $499.03 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT..CHRISTY DISPLAYED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS IN HANDLING MY DILEMMA AND CALMING ME DOWN BY QUICKLY COMPLETiNG THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION..CHRISTY WENT WELL ABOVE HER DUTIES WHICH RESULTED IN ME GETTING MY FUNDS DEPOSITED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT..THANK YOU CHRISTY FOR TURNING A FROWN INTO A 🙂
