  High quality service as a seller. I live overseas and they arranged a smooth process for a virtual closing. I probably spent less than 15 minutes managing this close, which was necessary for me. Town n' Country did the rest. They also personally dropped the proceeds at my bank so the funds were immediately available. Thank you Sandi Jo!
