  Don’t trust them! Tell you one thing and then turn there backs on you like you never paid them! Funny they decline it when payments would be 200+ less after telling you it’s good to go. So now I guess I’ll be switching to diffrent bank that don’t lie and trust the customers. Stay far away from them and go to a diffrent bank! Been here 5+ years with multiple accounts including business and now leaving for all the lying they do. The VP don’t even care to help besides say the same bs things!

  I would give a zero if I could. I went specifically to this branch to get Riverfest buttons. I seen they were right at the counter as you entered. I approached the counter and before I could say anything the girl who's name was Angela never looked at me but said I'm busy I will be with you in a minute. She continued to do whatever she was doing on the computer walked away from her desk came back and continued to finish what she was doing. When she was done she finally looked at me and asked what I needed. I said I would like to get some Riverfest buttons. I said I need 4 and asked if I could use my card. She said no. I asked if there was an ATM and she said outside. She was rude and I felt like I was a bother. Mind you she did not know why I was there. I could have been a potential new customer. I am so glad I bank at Associated Bank where customers are greeted with friendly service. I wouldn't recommend this institution to anyone.

  I wish I could give them 0 stars. I do not recommend getting an auto loan through Altra. If you run the numbers through a standard amortization schedule the payments do not match up, you will end up paying more than you realize. I even asked for a schedule from them so I knew how much interest and principal I would be paying with each payment for the life of the loan and they could not produce one. I brought this up to them and they supposedly corrected my paperwork however each month they continue to take the incorrect amount out of my bank account despite me contacting them about it. You might think you are getting the best interest rate but if you calculate how much they make that they are not telling you about it is the same interest rate as everyone else in town. I did contact a loan officer to correct the problem, that is where the supposedly correct paperwork was to fix all of the issues you stated. I could not make a payment at the time the loan was taken in order to account for that grace period. Altra will make you pay for about 10 days on the loan while they process the paperwork and won't let you make the first payment until they have done so.

  Amy, we’re sorry for the confusion. A standard monthly-payment amortization table doesn’t take into account if there is a grace period before payments start, if a payment is made a day or two before or after the stated due date, if payments are made bi-weekly instead of monthly, if extra principal is paid, etc. All of those can change the accrued interest very slightly, but the rate stated on your loan contract does not change. If you have questions, please feel free to contact your loan officer.

  The blonde girl with a lot of makeup at the front desk was nothing but rude. She made catty remarks when I was just trying to set up an account. My husband had said to that she is constantly arguing with the woman customers. Insecurities dont make up for a good receptionist and I suggest hiring someone who doesn't feel threatened by women.

  There lobby is closed indefinitely and they refused to cash one of there own checks through the drive up. Ridiculous. I now have to drive across town and do another transaction putting myself and others at even more risk. Well done.

  Worst banking experience I've had. I'm disappointed in the lazyness of this location. The pneumatic tubes on the inside of the bank are upsetting. If I wanted to send my info though a tube and talk to a screen I would have went through the drive through. When I go inside a bank I want to seek to someone personally face to face. I will not return to this location.

  I really like the bank but I do miss the ability to be face to face with a person instead of someone on a screen. The tellers are all kind and efficient though.

  Called for help and I was told that I needed to do everything on-line. Apparently not, since I was unable to do things via the website, called back and talked to another person who said I needed to make the transactions via phone. Annoying!
