      They do things with your account without telling you and then deal with the situation as if it's not their fault. I'm military and we move a lot, my wife needed to close her account and transfer money to a new bank so she called for information about how to do it. To make a long story shorter, after the phone call the employee (Brianna) just went ahead and closed her account without any authorization from my wife and sent a check to our old address. You would think they would at least verify stuff like that but apparently not. Meanwhile, she is now being charged by the new bank for not having any money in the account but according to Town Center Bank that isn't their fault either. Incompetent employees and no ownership for their own mistakes.
