  I was in the process of getting a mortgage when I contacted Frank Toland to get another option. I ended up staying with the original broker, even though his rate was a bit higher, because I did not want to delay my closing by switching mortgage companies. Oh, heavens, was that a mistake. The mortgage company I went with was horrible. They were so untrustworthy that I finally called Frank up to ask him a few questions about some of the stuff that was going on, to see if it was normal and on the up-and-up. Even though he knew I was already locked in with another lender, he was kind enough to answer my questions and explain several things to me to help clarify it for me. (The actual mortgage company I worked with spent less time talking to me than Frank did.) I wish I had worked with Frank. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage, as he was wonderfully helpful!

  A true community bank like banking should be handled. Love the customer service, staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and they make you feel so welcomed and at home. Love they do many community events and are always willing to go above and beyond! Love this bank

  This is an awful and terrible bank. If you value family or small business do yourself a favor and run from this bank. They do nothing to help during a pandemic except file police reports and lawsuits against small businesses that are just trying to survive and provide for their family. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BANK! Nobody can be worse.

  LincolnWay Community Bank offers the same digital services as the big banks, but they also have people there who get to know you and answer questions and solve problems when they arise.

  This is a great community bank! We opened an account here the day we moved to New Lenox. They have a great drive through system and plenty of friendly and helpful personal bankers.

  if you have a loan officer named Laura Samuel, go somewhere else straight up **** very useless, doesn't seem to know what shes doing at all and kept trying to have me pay these fees to some company they use, ran my credit over and over and over and over again then asked me why my score was dropping. mortage originator John Lerose was nice and so was frank Toland happy with them not the loan processor though... ended up dropping home and going somewhere else
