  Keep track of your payments. They don't send out statements and try to use your lack of knowledge to get you to miss payments. I would have to call them to take my payment or get charged a late fee. I spoke to someone in the office who said they don't have an accounting system. My guess is they write it all down in a notebook.

  Managers have no respect for you. I tried to pay a loan for a month and a half that was just gone. They called me saying I had to pay right now, I told them I couldn't at the moment. I called the next week and paid them. I got charged a late fee, I tried to explain to the guy I have tried to pay and they never could find the loan. But it was my fault and he would not take it off. Horrible people and crappy company.

  I paid a loan for 2 years, once I got to my last payment I forgot to pay them off. Tower Loans charged me over $50 in late fees and refused to waive any of that fee. For a $50 balance? WOW! Don't go there they aren't customer friendly at all. No wonder they are rated at 1 star.

  At first they seem to be a really good company until I got behind on one payment. But I was still paying them something. And BOOM all hell broken out with the popping up at my house at night and harassment phone calls. Once I get from under them. I will never get a loan from them again. (PROMISE!!)Don't get a loan from them. If you do, you will regret it.😧😧😧😧 VERY STRESS OUT FROM THIS COMPANY!!

  Tower Loan is so extremely rude! There is A manager there who has the worse attitude! They sent a lady out to my house, threatening to take my physical property, and couldn't show me where I listed things they say I owned. Some things I didn't even know what they were! Crooks, crooks, crooks! They are A pain!
