  Rude employees, will never use this company again! I have borrowed and payed off 2 loans faithfully with out issues prior to a current small loan which I accidentally forgot to pay 1 month because of a sudden serious illness in my family. If you treat previous loyal customers as rude and mild mannered as I was treated/talked to today via phone then you don't need my business.

  This company is the absolute worst! NEVER USE THEM! They will harass you, make threats, change their number to make it look like your child's school is calling to get you to answer the phone ! It is absolutely ridiculous!! Never will I ever use them again and never would I ever recommend to anyone!.

  This place is very unprofessional the agents are rude and are liars due to covid-19 I won't be able to pay this month and called way in advance and they told me they would handle it i get a phone call today expecting for me to pay!? If you are looking to get a loan do not get it from here 1st Franklin is way better or finance Republic

  These people are pathetic. I had a stroke and they still want payments and I'm not even working. Just horrible and they wants to pick up my collateral
