  Ken was amazing he walked me through the process. He asked me what I wanted out of my refinance and delivered that and more. He kept me updated and always asked if I needed help getting any of the info. It was the easiest refi I’ve gone through. I will be recommending Ken O’Brien to everyone.

  What can I say.... Pam did it again!!!! She’s becoming a member of our family. And I really hope she knows how much money she has saved us and how much she has been there for my family. We love ya Pam, you’re always looking out for us. And the amazing staff at PRM as usual, incredible. Never rushed me or pushed me into anything.   My experience with Kyle Travers was OUTSTANDING ! His attentiveness, patience, understanding, knowledge, and responsiveness is 2nd to none! Kyle responded by text or email to every one of my inquiries within minutes! I don't think the man sleeps! He seemingly works 24 hours a day! This was my first home purchase in 20 years so I was a bit naïve to the entire process.
