  They are rip offs, don't get them as your lender I called them about 3 months ago and asked if I pay off my loan how much would it be and I was told 10,000. Then I finally came up with the money to pay it off and called them today and I was told that my payoff amount was NOW 12,053. How can it possibly go up instead of going down. Customer service told me that it was because of my interest. RIPOFFS

  Worst company to ever finance a car with, collectors call and harass the customers to pay because they get commission off the payment that is being made, they act like that are helping you but ideally they just want to get paid the managers like Brenda ex 190. Sylvia ex 129, maribela ex 191, Jesus 239 , and Dan ex 153 make the decisions on people's account that should be out for repo or any type of movement on the account they harass all your references to get in contact with the buyer and have credit card information always laying around .. The location to the finance company is 3400 n Pulaski road------- the company is replying to all these reviews so the public can see they are willing to help, but when you call all they can say is let me transfer you to your account representative. they never do anthing

  If I could I would give them no stars! Stay away from this place! They are not helpful, they give you an attitude as soon as you want to speak to a manager. I called at 9am and I am still waiting for a call back 5 hours later! They transfer me to different extensions and nobody is able to help me and when I ask to speak to a manager they tell me there is nobody I can speak to. This is unacceptable! Finance with other companies if possible. They are the worst

  Recently I was late for payment due to losing my money by accident. I was very upset with my poor judgement in placing my money in the same pocket as my phone. Well after deciding to borrow money to pay a partial payment. I was met with a negative response and threats about coming to get my car. Not after 24 months of payments and 10, 000 dollars!

  Yeah unless you're desperate trying to build your credit don't buy a car from them. There's like a representative here or there that's pretty cool but other than that stay clear. They'll set you up with bogus loans and some of the cars are bogus too so you're trapped paying it off

  Made my 1st car buying experience easy, I have no complaints. I only wish my rep Gil still worked there, he would always help me out with whatever I needed.

  WORST! A Tow Truck was sent to my house asking for my brother when he DOES NOT even live there. I would like to know how these people were able to access my address without having it in their system?? They were never given my address! It is against the law to search up addresses without anyone's concern. All day do is harass people, well I will be doing the same until I get an answer! These people who work for this company & OWNER SHOULD BE ASHAMED of themselves for taking advantage of people, how EMBARRASSING it is of them especially since they are HISPANIC! STOP HARASSING PEOPLE who have nothing to do with the car and how about you START HARASSING YOUR OWN FAMILY MEMBERS! Nothing but young dumb kids working for this company who most likey have a HIGH EGO of themselves. You people are an EMBARRASSMENT to society!

  They are a scam and the dealerships are all out of business but still selling cars. They are selling repod cars with leans on them and switching the vin numbers. The reason you have not received tiitles is because they do not have them!

  First car I bought through these guys. I hope someone else reads this... DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I made a rookie mistake as a first time buyer. Rude, aggressive, the line between scam and legal is VERY thin here. Look into a different option. The cheap things are expensive in the long run.
