  Jin was absolutely perfect. True to her word she provided me with a no-cost refi mortgage at a very low market rate. She worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was completed in a timely manner. I'm a somewhat difficult customer but she was always patient with me. She's the best!

  Best place to get help with buying and financing a new house. They offered the lowest interest rates I have found and the employees are all very friendly, and tried their best to accommodate the times I gave. Manage to close with good rate despite COVID19 market. I always recommend this company to my friends.

  Felt bad for the last reviewer. Home purchasing is already stressful without added roadblocks! Thankful that I got a referral from my sister to work with Ms Ning Zhang. Ms. Zhang was beyond professional AND expeditious in her execution. We closed within 30 days and she had our applications done within a week! And ready to go waiting on everyone else. If only we had received the top notch reminders from our title company, I think we would have had the dream thing. But things worked out at the end. I am so grateful for Ning’s honesty and her strategic advices navigating through ups and downs of COVID-19 market. Highly recommend.

  Please stay away from this company at any cost. They promise one thing and deliver another. I was told that I would close on time, but was delayed because of their ineffectiveness which resulted another $2000 from my pocket. They will put you through hell before the loan is approved. I worked with Nancy Han who was horrendous. She had no clue about what she was doing. Stay away
