  It was an excellent experience working with Tom through the mortgage process. When my fiancee and I first began exploring our options for purchasing, Tom explained everything we needed to know before going forward and when we were finally ready to buy, Tom was all in and kept in touch and always answered every question that he was able to answer, even some that weren't his job in the home purchasing process! I will choose Top Vine again for my next home, and highly recommend them to anyone who is purchasing! Thanks again, Tom!

  Thanks to Tom Pasckvale and the Top Vine team , we were able to close on time. I would like to say Tom is one of the best out there - honest , thorough, knowledgeable and to-the-point. Tom went out of his way to make sure things were coordinated and communicated on time. It was a pleasure working with Tom and his team and I would highly recommend working with them.

  I cannot say enough about the service I received with Top Vine Mortgage Services. Vincent was fantastic to deal with!! He was EXTREMELY responsive to emails - to the point of answering on a Friday night or over the weekend. I closed my mortgage in under a month. I had previously been working with another bank and Top Vine did in a few weeks what TD didn't do in 4 months (they said the issue was volume). I got a significantly better rate with NO points (at TD the rate was higher WITH points) I HIGHLY recommend them!! I seriously couldn't be happier!!

  Had a really seamless process of refinance with this company and especially working with Chris D’Mello. He was very attentive & responsive throughout. They even reached out after to see if everything was fine. Top notch customer service.

  Tom and the team at Top Vine Mortgage are AWESOME! Normally just thinking about the process of a refinance is enough to deter most people from moving forward with the loan but Tom changed my mind. He took personal ownership of our loan process and made our work as simple as signing a few e-documents. It was a pleasant surprise how quickly everything went. The customer service experience we received rivals most any other I have ever experienced throughout all walks of life. If you are considering a mortgage loan for a new property, or a refinance on an existing one then don't make the mistake of using anyone other than Tom at Top Vine Mortgage.

  If I could rate more than 5 stars for Top Vine, I would. My wife and I shopped around for a mortgage (as one should) and were wrestling with a decision between two firms when a friend recommended Top Vine Mortgage Services. So glad she did. After 5 minutes of speaking with Tom, the broker there, our decision was made. Top Vine easily had the most competitive rate, but as if that wasn't enough, their customer service was top-notch too. We got the kind of clear, concise answers to our (numerous) questions that I'd expected from everyone, but only received from the folks at Top Vine. I can't say enough about the team at Top Vine (Tom, Vincent and Donna...you guys rock!), as they were there for us every step of the way. They even sent us a greeting card the other day after we closed on the new house! Bottom line, if you're shopping for a mortgage, definitely give them a call. You'll be glad you did. My only complaint was not finding them sooner and saving myself a lot of aggravation. Thanks again!

  We had a great experience working with Vincent at Top Vine Mortgage. As 1st time home buyers we had many questions and Vincent replied very promptly. He patiently walked us through the entire process. He worked out the deal with a good rate of interest and all documents were digitally signed so it saved a lot of time and paperwork.   My boyfriend and I just went through the process of buying our first home. The experience went absolutely flawless thanks to Vinnie and the rest of the staff from Top Vine Mortgage. They made us feel at ease and completely stress free (especially during a time that's supposed to be high stress).
