  Went in to check out the movie collection. Found 2 that I wanted. The woman that helped me "claimed" that one of the movies wasn't in their case behind the counter and when I got home with the other, the bluray part of the 2 pack combo was missing, leaving me with the HD copy that i can't even watch! So after seaching their racks, if you find a movie you like be prepared for the staff to steal it from you! I'll never go to this loaction again.

  Very sad with how money hungry this pawn shop is. Called first thing in the morning to check and see if they had an item. They did, told me it was one price, and then when I got there to buy it 30 minutes later they raised the price on me by 40$. Very unprofessional and they definitely lost my business.

  I first walked in there asking them if they were buying laptops. They told me they were accepting laptops and asked how much I wanted. When ringing me up, I was talking with my husband about how happy I was to finally be selling the laptop. The lady working gave me a confused look and asked "Wait, you were SELLING the laptop? I thought you were just pawning it. We're actually not taking any laptops right now." I am very disappointed in this company because they assumed I wanted the loan instead of asking me if I wanted to sell or pawn. It wasted a lot of my time just to find out they weren't doing what I asked.

  Sold us a safe with the wrong key, after spending an hour running between our shop and thiers we took the safe back. We're given a refund by a young pregnant clerk who told us if we told anyone she gave us cash back she would kill us because she would get fired. We still acted civil, and told them to call us when they find the key. We received a call 10 minutes later notifying us they found the key... but that they sold it too cheap and had to raise the price. Needless to say we are no longer going to frequent this UNETHICAL pawn shop. They can keep the safe and thier shotty business tactics. The 4th street and hwy 50 stores both are a waste of time and money. Stick with EZ PAWN OR MISTER MONEY. JAKE WAS GREAT JAKE FOR MANAGER OF TOP DOLLAR PAWN 2018

  We used to live coming here until today. Great, friendly staff, with decent products. Not anymore. Now, all you can get here is an unhonest staff only looking to make sure that you never come back. Changing prices on products that aren't even complete. Garbage. No wonder why you can't star rate this place anymore on Facebook.

  The manager is the rudest person I have ever met, and they are rip-offs! I will Never go in there again! I guess she forgot me telling her I was getting a large amount of cash soon, and I repeatedly asked about hand guns (I'm looking for a 9 mm) and my daughter wanted an Ipod! lol Her dumb loss!

  They have a fair selection and a decent staff. They have a good gun selection usually but they are on the very expensive side of spawn shops. Not a good place to but video games or related from.
