  The refinance process was a breeze for us. Using the secure portal to submit documents was very convenient and allowed me to see a checklist of items submitted and pending. Tonya was great at helping us determine how to accomplish what we wanted our refi to do. Super happy with the entire experience! Oh - and it was all completed very quickly.   Our lender from a “Big Bank” dropped the ball and didn’t have an appraiser within one week of scheduled closing. We loved the house and with the real estate market hot we were afraid the seller would cancel on us. On recommendation of my realtor I switched to Intercap Lending. Tonya and team quickly jumped into action that day. Myself and the seller was constantly updated throughout the whole process sometimes several times a day. The team made the seller conferrable with a speedy closing and put myself at ease. The lending team worked what seemed 24/7 including weekends and late hours. Oh, and the rate was on par with the Big Banks. I can’t say enough on the service and due diligence the team put in to our closing. Thank you very much.
