  We loved working with AJ and his team. This is the second time we’ve worked with him and he made the loan process seem so smooth and easy. Communication was great throughout the process, all of our questions were answered. We definitely will go back to AJ in the future.

  My experience with AJ at Intercap was amazing. AJ took care of everything for me never bugged me to get informations he took care of it all. We had a deadline and he knocked it out of the park. Would recommend him to anyone.

  Aj is the absolute best lender around! No doubt about that! There is nobody I would even dare trust more then Aj! He is the best option for anyone looking to buy or refinance a home! He has helped me out with both! The least you can do is talk to him he is awesome! I highly recommend!

  AJ is Awesome! He helped us finance our first home. Me and AJ have been talking for a couple years on finding a home and get out of my rental. This year we were able to do it. AJ helped us qualify for the no money down loan. I would highly recommend AJ as he helps in any way possible to get you in a home. Thank you AJ!

  AJ helped us get into our first home! He is so amazing to work with! He is one of the best there is in the lending world. We talked to so many lenders over the years while we were beginning the process to be able to get into a home. None of them were able to help us how AJ did. He is reliable, professional, and very determined to do everything he can to help you become a homeowner. We couldn't be happier! I highly recommend him.

  First time going through the refinance process and AJ was there for us through it all. We had some difficulties finding information we needed and he was so patient and so "calming", which was exactly what I needed. He also was so helpful explaining everything every step of the way. AJ is your guy in making your finance an easy and quick process!

  AMAZING lender who worked endlessly to get us approved even when the odds were stacked against us. We have refinanced now twice with them and AJ and his team are always on top of getting us the BEST rates in town!!! We recommend them highly to all our friends and family!!! They put you first and are always there for every question you have!!!
