  Tommy was a great broker for us. As a first-time purchaser, I knew almost nothing about home loans and he took the time to explain, and reexplain, all the ins-and-outs of this wild housing market. Even up to the very end, he made sure we had all the proper paperwork filed with the escrow company and were 100% good -to-go. TL;DR -- Buying a house kinda sucks, but Tommy made is suck much less.

  Tommy is very knowledgeable and has the resources to get a loan to the finish line with expertise! We had a tricky situation being self employed and working for a non profit. If not for Tommy’s ability to read the situation and work the problems we encountered I’m sure we wouldn’t be closing on our wonderful property next week!

  We recently purchased our dream retirement home in Fallbrook. The home received multiple offers and the seller’s stated preference was for a 14-day escrow. To our delight our non-contingent offer was accepted and then reality set in. Even though we had great credit and were pre-approved by several lenders it turns out that none of them were able to fund the loan and close escrow within the 14-days. At that time our realtor referred us to Tommy, an independent mortgage broker, and suggested that he could accomplish things that no commercial bank or credit union could do. Tommy’s “can do” spirit was obvious from the very beginning as he walked us through the process, facilitated the submission of the required documentation and removed or mitigated the delays and roadblocks associated with the loan approval process. In the end he was able to fund the loan in less than 2 weeks at an interest rate that was equivalent to what was offered by the other lenders. Tommy is a true professional and I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home loans. He made our dreams come true.

  Tommy is amazing, prompt and if you have any questions call him he is available at any time even after your loan closes he still there for you.
