  I’ve applied for several loans with Nathan Carpenter over the past few years years with great success. Approximately three years ago I tried to refinance my personal residence with the Bank of America and after six months of supplying copious documents, the bank told me that our tax return was too complicated. I then called Nathan who has able to find a lender that was willing to make a jumbo loan at a very competitive rate. As a loan broker, Nathan has access to numerous lenders versus a bank that deals with one lender and one inflexible set of requirements. I’ll call Nathan first the next time which will save me a lot of time and work.

  My wife and I refinanced our mortgage with Arbor and our loan officer was Nathan Carpenter. He and his team were very prompt in their responses and professional in every aspect of the transaction. Being a real estate professional, I have many dealings with lenders on a weekly basis and I was very impressed how streamlined their process is. Their client portal system kept us very informed and took the guess work out of where we were at in the process and what documents were needed from us at any given time. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely be using then in future transactions. If their efficiency was not enough, I received a thank you letter from Nathan with a check to reimburse us for our appraisal cost after closing.

  Nathan Carpenter - Amazing! He treats you like a family member and not another sale. Nathan goes above and beyond. He is always available if you have any questions or concerns. He works with your schedule or will meet you whenever it is convenient for you. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would use him again in future, if I need to refinance my house.

  I've worked with Nathan on two refinances, each with a wrinkle. The first was a post probate property with multiple liens, the second a rental property. In both cases he carefully and calmly walked us through every step to secure affordable funding. Neither was straight forward, yet Nathan took the time to get everything right.
