  I highly recommend Tom Spaniel for any home loan and financing needs. He was very professional and timely. His hard work helped us lock in a great rate for our home loan and made everything easy for us. We are first time home buyers and Tom made this process as stress-free as possible.   Tom Spaniel was simply amazing! One week prior to my closing I came to find that my original lender 'lost' all my loan information. I called Tom and gave him the details of my situation. I literally had about 12 days to vacate my apartment and no lender. Tom worked endless days and nights to make sure I close my house in a timely manner. He did just that!!! I was able to close on the same day I had to vacate my apartment and the process could not have been any easier! Thank you Tom for outstanding workmanship and dedication to your clients!!!!

  The best compliment I can pay Tom Spaniel is that we have used his services for at least 4 different loans. I never expected to have 4 different mortgages in life, but when rates go down and a good Mortgage Broker lets you know how much money you will save and how easy the process will be, you don't hesitate.
