  Tom and his Team are AMAZING! He stuck through over a year and 9 different offers to get us into our dream house in a crazy San Diego market. I would call on weekends and nights. It was never an issue and he always got our pre-approval letter out quickly. When we found our dream house, he worked every scenario with us. I trusted him implicitly and waived all contingencies, not recommended, but it was the only way I could compete. Tom had two plans and I risked $50k of an earnest money deposit on his word. He came through like he always does and we now own our dream house. We also got it for $25k less than the competing offer. Tom and his Team also worked magic with the process. I am military and got orders for the last week and a half of escrow. Somehow, they got all the documents to me on a compressed timeline and closed 8 days early.   Tom is awesome. I work with Tom as a partner since my company only does commercial and no residential lending. Any time I have a residential request it goes to Tom. From someone who knows a lot of people in this industry and has a lot of experience in this arena, I can tell you there is no comparison to Tom. Every client I have ever sent over to him has been extremely happy. He is responsive, kind in nature but a bulldog in working on his clients behalf, and really knows his stuff. Don't make a mistake by going anywhere else!

He and his team were very informative and gave us several different scenarios in which our mortgage could look like, he did all this knowing we were shopping around, and we ultimately went with him becauseof his responsiveness and high degree of professionalism.
