  Josh, CJ and the rest of The Finance of America Mortgage team made my first time purchasing a house a wonderful experience. I truly couldn’t imagine having anyone else but Josh being my point of contact through the whole process. Josh was an excellent communicator with me, with the escrow company and with the sellers agent. He patiently explained to me what he needed from me every step of the way and reassured me “this is normal, don’t stress.” I loved how simple their Floify program was to E-sign since I was traveling during most of the process. Everything went SO smoothly we closed within 15 days and I was able to have the keys to my first home! I would highly recommend everyone at Finance of America Mortgage! Thank you again!

  Chris and his team were such a welcome pleasure to work with. They did a refinance which also eliminated a second mortgage for me. Given my self employment terms, it was a challenging refi, but Chris got it done. I also appreciate how much of their communication and document turnover is streamlined in an electronic format that is easy to navigate and use. Very up to date for the modern world.   This was our third refinance overall since owning our home and was by far the most straightforward. I had hesitations about dealing with escrow transfers, outstanding property tax payments coming out of our escrow account, and how we would manage the timing of our current mortgage payments to our close date. In the end, Chris' team was very good at communicating where things were at and enabled us to feel very good about the closing needs. Would definitely work with Chris and his team again if we needed to refinance a jumbo loan.

  I cannot say enough great things about Chris and his team. They have been our go-to lender for years. Their communication and timeliness make them far superior to the others.
