  The best car shopping experience I have ever had. I had the help of the lovely Nick Martinez and after just having a very bad experience somewhere else, he answered all of my questions and found the perfect car for me. The entire team there was helpful and understanding of my situation and worked out a way better deal then I was expecting. Amazing customer service and professionalism! Would definitely recommend.

  They claim that they’re a non commotion sales team, and the sales people are only there to get you the best deal on the right car. The first part may be true but the second is bold faced lie. There was the same haggling and negotiations on price and ‘fees’ as any other car dealer. What bothers me the most was lying about it. Over all it was as nice as a car buying experience could be. I can’t wait until the day these dealers go the way of the dinosaurs, and you can buy what you want for a fair price.

  Hands down one of the best dealerships I’ve been too. If you want a dealership that will take care of you in sales and service, then I highly recommend Dolan Mazda/Kia! Steve the service advisor is very friendly and knowledgeable and I trust that he takes care of my car.

  I had a great experience working with Ben Dold- professional, honest, and kind. Make sure you ask for him if you are looking to test drive or purchase a vehicle. My constructive criticism for management is that it took entirely too long to purchase a vehicle. Three hours- and I was using my own financing, had arranged the price before coming in, and the dealership was not busy at the time-inexcusable.

  I am so disappointed in the service I've received on my vehicle here. After bringing in my car for a routine maintenance, I've brought it back twice now for issues that have come up following the service. I get to spend even more money on my third trip back in less than a week, and I'm still missing parts to my vehicle to bring it back to the level I left my car with Mazda initially. I will no longer recommend their services, nor will I be taking my car back after this (hopefully) last job.

  Made an appointment and dropped off for an oil change and four wheel alignment. Left car all afternoon without any contact from Dolan Mazda service. Had to arrange ride both ways. Finally got someone to answer after 5:00 to find out that they hadn't even started the work yet. This is tops in my book for worst automotive service experience I've ever had anywhere. Hope Mazda USA calls me back so I can tell them about it cause they sure didn't care at Dolan when I picked it up and left.

  It was a pleasant experience working with Grant. Grant did a great job explaining the services for my car despite being his first day transferring from Kia. My shuttle driver, I didn't get his name, was also a hoot to talk with. Keep up the good work and the quality customer service.

  Great Dealership to deal with. The sales process was more of a laid back no pressure type sale. We've had the little CX-3 now for a little over a year and it's been a great car. We take it to them for service as well and have been really happy with the service center. All around good friendly people just trying to help make their customers happy with their whole car owning experience.

  We purchased a 2020 Mazda CX-5, Dolan had the vehicle we wanted in the color and options we required. The staff at Dolan Mazda is just fantastic very friendly, Knowledgeable with no pressure and they listened to what I actually wanted. I have purchased many vehicles over the years this was by far the best experience and this is a Covid year. I would recommend Dolan for your next new or used vehicle!!

  Excellent customer service and communication. I always know exactly what is happening and what pricing is connected to services. My only suggestion is that the parent company be more communicative about the details around recalls. I received a notice of a recall in November and, although it was made clear than that my car was not in any urgent need, I never received a clear follow-up message giving me any idea when I should consider taking my car in. After a few months I remembered the recall notice so I called and made an appointment, only to discover that the recall parts are still not available to the western states until maybe April. It’s a minor inconvenience but worth noting.
