  Superb service from Cody and the crew when we brought our car in recently for collision damage repair. Many friends recommended this place and how glad we were to take their advice - work done on time, very courteous and above expected quality.   Amazing job fixing up my Mazda CX-3! My brand new car got hit and I was devastated. Their staff was so kind, assuring, and they continually kept me updated on the status of my car. I picked my Mazda up and it looked/drove as good as new. I am forever grateful they took the time to get the job done right!

  Diamond Auto Body fixed the front of my 2012 Audi TT-RS. They were very fast in assessing the damage and immediately kept me up to date on repair status. They used only genuine Audi parts for my car, which let me know they have the highest quality standards. The only delay involved was waiting for a couple new parts to arrive all the way from Germany. No junk yard parts in my car. The owner, Brent, constantly kept me informed of the status via email, text, and phone and I always felt comfortable that my car was in good hands.

  I first went to Diamond with my Mercedes at the recommendation of the salesperson who sold it to me. I was so pleased ... not only with the service and attention, but with how incredible my car looked. It was better than when I purchased it. I've since been back a couple more times with other body work. And after a tree jumped out into the lane on the freeway today, I'm taking my new car to them. They may not be on my list from the insurance company, but they have my complete trust. It's a good old fashioned family business and they treat you as such. I don't intend to take my vehicles anywhere else.

  Super customer service and quick work! I was in a fender bender, which turned out to be much worse for me, all the while in the beginning throws of the flu. They were super nice and even offered to run me up to the clinic, since I was waiting awhile for my ride. Pure stubbornness on my part, hoping the damage was a quick fix and wouldn't need the rental car. They got back to me and the insurance company the next day with a quote and an estimated 10 days. With the interruption of the Thanksgiving, I got my car back in 9 work days. It was ready in 7 work days, but I live about 350 miles from Reno. They also didn't raise the price when they needed to order more parts for my suspension. Overall one of the experiences with a body shop ever. Thank you!

  I was involved in an accident and I called my insurance company to get my vehicle repaired. They gave me a list of body shops, I checked on their reviews and the top one was Diamond Auto Body. I called them and they towed my vehicle in the same day. They went over the estimate with me and explained the whole process to me. My 2018 Toyota Highlander looks like brand new again.   My wife and I were rear-ended only months after purchasing our new car, and were told by many friends that "it would never be like new again." Fortunately, Donnie and his crew at Diamond Auto Body proved them wrong! We were pleased with the short turnaround time, quality work, and regular phone calls to update us on the progress of our car. Best of all, our car feels as new as the day we drove it off the dealer's lot. Getting in an accident was stressful, but our experience with this body shop was one of the easiest parts of the process. We will definitely use Diamond for any future auto body needs.

  I went to Diamond this morning to have a minor scratch repaired, and I was in and out in a little over an hour. I was told that there would probably be some evidence of the scratch remaining since they were only going to sand and polish it, but when I got it back from them it was completely gone! They did an outstanding job, worked quickly, and had a fair price on the estimate that ended up being the actual price I paid. I hope that I won't need to come back again, but if I need any more body work I will absolutely come back to Diamond, and recommend that others do the same!
