  Tom has handled three refi's for us and I highly, highly recommend him. Tom is very helpful in explaining options and why you might choose one or the other. He takes time to explain things. Tom is very responsive to questions and requests. He is honest, hardworking, nice, and personable. He handles questions with grace and good humor. He goes the extra yard with customer service. You never feel like Tom is just trying to get you to transact. I think that when you work with Tom, you have peace of mind. At this point, if the same loan cost a little more with Tom than with another lender, I would go with Tom.

  Tom is amazingly knowledgeable about this business and at what he does. He went above and beyond working out of normal business hours to help us with our loan. The perfect house came up and we needed to finalize things quickly. He is extremely patient with first time home buyers, repeating the terminology and process until we felt comfortable and never made us feel rushed. He helped us get the best rate and continues to answer my questions as they arise even 6 months after we purchased our home. I completely and highly recommend Tom.

  I couldn't be happier with the service and experience I had working with Tom. We first came to work with him when our original mortgage broker told us at the last minute that she couldn't handle the property we were offering on as it was a duplex. At 3:30 pm the day before offers were due, our Realtor put us in touch with Tom, and he was able to get us pre-approved in time for our offer the next day. Since then, through three offers total and all the way through the end of the escrow process (and beyond), Tom has been great at communicating, explaining our options and the different stages of the process. Especially as a first time home buyer, I appreciated Tom's care and the time he took to explain anything we were unsure about. I will continue to recommend Tom Banducci to anyone I know who needs a mortgage.

  Tom is a fantastic mortgage broker who offers fractional mortgages at much better rates than Sterling. He knows all of the ins and outs of financing and refinancing in San Francisco. He is efficient, detail oriented, calm, knowledgeable and responsive. He helped me refinance my TIC after a lot split in conjunction with one of my former co-tenants. I would use tom again and recommend him without reservations!

  I have worked with Tom both on a TIC conversion process with our 6 unit building and a personal refinance. Based on this experience, I can’t speak highly enough of Tom and his team. The condo conversion specifically took tremendous effort and organization given we had 6 parties that had to be ready to close on the same day. Tom was in the middle of it all and made sure everyone – the owners, insurance companies, title, etc., were on a path/timeline to get through the process. This included helping us through major last minutes hurdles that threaten to derail the whole process. It’s times like these, when the services of a professional like Tom are absolutely invaluable. Personally, Tom is great to work with; he is knowledgeable, responsive, available and, importantly for me, calm. Any homeowners association through a conversation process would be very well served by utilizing Tom’s services.

  Thank you Tom for helping us get our NEW Dream condo (In San Francisco)!! Despite a few road blocks (which were out of our control), Tom made it all happen. Question 2 - was "Agree" because honestly, getting a mortgage in SF - whether with Guaranteedrate or Wells Fargo, is NOT EASY at all. Tom was very attentive to our needs and at times when we were feeling discouraged, Tom gave us confidence that we would get the loan and came up with other options. Tom was professional and patient with us, and explained the process to us. I have already referred a co-worker to him and will continue to do so. Toast to you Tom and I'm gonna be a bit sad that we won't be getting emails or voicemails from you but we are really happy in our new home.

  Tom was super helpful throughout my entire refinancing process. I worked with 2 other brokers prior to working with Tom (one on my initial home purchase, and one on an attempt at refinancing). It was refreshing how easy it was to work with Tom compared to those other people. I recommend going with Tom.
