  Of course no two home loans are alike, and some can present twists even seasoned Mortgage Professionals seldom see. Ours certainly fit there, and Julie and her team new exactly what to do and suggest, and worked with the Title Pros for a remarkably smooth and seamless experience, one I'm sure would have caused the less experienced to stumble. We cannot recommend Julie and her team more highly.

  Julie was great. Perhaps most importantly, she recommended a kind of financing method ("quick close" in three weeks) that, I think, made my purchase offer more attractive to the seller. She was extremely competent at getting the process to move along quickly, a little like a traffic cop on the busiest cross street in New York. Her explanations were concise and articulate. Finally, she was warm and kind, no small thing on the mean streets of the real estate market. Thank you, Julie

  We’ve been thru 4-5 refi’s before over the years , and me being a self employed contractor they always been months long drawn out processes. Julie and her team got my wife and I the lowest rates we’ve ever had on our house and our rental property doing them both at the same time in a matter of few weeks time. She saved us a life changing amount of payments . She and her crew were so easy and pleasant and prompt to work with , and pretty much all on the phone and online.
