Michael Harden5Wife has been a long time card holder and has a credit card through them. The credit card was stolen and the branch had no one on site to assist. Took me writing a review to get attention... BUT they called my wife and took care of everything and reversed all charges. The person who assisted redeemed the branch to us and helped make our lives easier.

Adia Washington5Toledo Metro has been there for me like no other financial institution have. They have always treated me well during good and bad times. I don't know any other credit union that value their members like this one, which is what truly set them apart. I truly love my credit union and the staff there!

Sabree madison1Was excited to join until i tried to deposit my brokerage check. The Teller said she Could not do it because my beneficiary was on the check even though before their name it says T.O.D "transfer on death". I went to the supervisor and she said she "never seen a check like this". we called my brokerage company they explained to her all of the checks they send out the put the beneficiary on the check she still didn't want to deposit it. She went to her CEO and came back and said "we'll deposit the check but instead of 7 days we'll hold it for 10" I asked her why the3 extra days she couldn't give me a logical answer she said "it will just be in there for three more days " I asked her to show me in writing why she couldn't deposit my check even though I am the only person on the "pay to the order line" she couldn't. I went to citizens and asked if I was a new member could they deposit my check they said of course and get this it will only be a 5 day hold that's what u call good customer service. So I opened with them. As far as this credit union they do not know how to treat new customers and they are not at all knowledgeable.

Lady A1Too many issues to even explain. People say Credit Unions are the best option but THIS one isn't. I have to take my business elsewhere. I'm over it.

Malcom Coole1This is the most the most UNPROFESSIONAL credit union I have ever been apart of. They are never on time with anything. When I call in they are rude over the phone. I do not recommend them to ANYONE!
