  Told us they would sell us two vacant lots that neighbor our house, so we took care of them (mowing, etc.) for over a year. Now they are refusing to sell them to us, because one of them got "parked on", despite the fact that we stopped parking there after they informed us it was an issue. This place is crooked, you're better off putting your money in a piggy bank.

  Complete waste of time. Everyone i talked to was rude and full of themselves. I waited over a year and took care of multiple abandoned lots so i could purchase but land bank took photos of my car parked in the grass long before ever telling me I couldn’t park in the grass and continued to let me take care of the lots for months until they got ownership of them and then denied me because of the photos prior to telling I couldn’t park there. Would rather give to the city to have tax payers money be used to take care of empty lots rather than let a homeowner purchase them and do something with it.

  Call me a Karen. But I believe it’s bad business when you tell someone you will do one thing and then go completely against your word. I’m beyond disappointed and ashamed with this company

  What A Joke. The City SHOULD look in to how these people are doing business, and treating the TAX PAYERS OF OHIO! UNPROFESSIONAL ALL THE WAY!

  Worthless to call well not call back won't even help it own people get a house looking to ripe you house down next comeing soon
