  Definitely recommend this loan company. Fast and friendly staff thank you so much for helping me out Definitely a blessing. Application took about 5 minutes I was approved within minutes I was in and out no problem. I plan to be a loyal customer ☺️

  I only gave it 1 star because I had to in order to write a review. I called this place to see what is the layout could go in and reopen an account and was told as long as you get here by 5:30 with all your documents we can do it. I arrived at 5:27 and the girl at the front said and I quote “I am not doing it it’s already 5:30.” I picked up my phone and told her it was not it was 5:28 and she repeated the same thing. I let her Know when I called I what I was told and again She still refused. Sorry customer service and bad attitude. Typical of some young inexperienced person to take this attitude. Guess someone was in a hurry to get their weekend started. Won’t be back there again.

  HORRIBLE! Do not deal w/this company!! A....... never listens to what a customer is saying/asking for. She just starts running her mouth which undoubtedly upsets the customer. Then she has the audacity to blame the customer...in her book SHE is always right-NOT THE CUSTOMER. The mgr seems to be the only voice of reason, but he apparently limited as to what can be said/done to the employee. Complaint to district mgr-Torres only leads to her defending the RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL woman.

  The service I received was outstanding I highly recommend this company to all in need of a loan with very low interest rates the employees are just so Friendly ,Courteous ,Very respectful And very professional I am very very pleased to have become a customer I thank them all

  I would not refer anybody to this place it is so unprofessional when they say that they're going to call you back they don't call you back you have to constantly keep calling them just a horrible place to even try to apply for I would not recommend it. they were supposed to supply us with information and still never even supplied us with the information their customer service skills suck would not go there if I was you
