  They took an auto pay from my account twice this month! I went in to get it fixed but the ladies there, seemed clueless and unconcerned. Took three of them and a very long wait and still nothing. I had to keep explaining, over and over. They didn't seem to understand what I was saying (English is my only language) I've had other issues here but keep giving them a chance to 'get it right'. Time for me to close other accounts here, just pay off the loan and move on. Customer service is some of the worst I've seen. They're nice but just don't know what they're doing, if it's something other than a deposit or withdrawal.

  Bad customer service. The employee does not know what she doing. I already sign up online and they call me to come by sign on paper and deposit. When I went there it take over 2 hour for just sign on paper. The lady in the front did not know what she doing. I do not have time and that why I sign up online first and still come to wait that long to finish. Not friendly at all. Not recommend at all for this bank.

  I was an employee for about 3 years about 3 or so years ago and have remained a member ever since. I do all of my banking and lending there even though its about an hour from me now. Love the girls and the CU!

  My 16 daughter had to open up a checking account because her job requires direct deposit. She researched the different banks and credit union and went with American Eagle CU. It was quick and painless. My daughter had already set up an account online.but we went in to complete the rest. The staff was friendly. The only thing was we had to wait for the card. Most places you get ATM card after you set up your account.

  The lady's did good by me. They did take their time and explain everything to me. The experience is more personable.

  Love them very much ! ! Don't know where to start ~ Lacy was Very helpful in refinancing my car and any questions I have. And Mike G. Made my first time House experience very easy. And I will use them for anything and would highly recommend them. That will make your life easier.

  When a banking establishment doesn't have a public restroom to offer its customers, why would I want to deposit my money with them???? I was extremely disappointed! That's hospitality and customer service 101. So, a basic human function must take priority over bank business!

  Reported fraud on my debit card went 4 different times to have a new one made to no avail called customer service to mail one and the Cedar Hill location cancelled it... this same location closed the lobby because someone tested positive for Covid19

  Nice people, very very slow service. Takes way too long for very simple services to get completed. Often times it makes you want to take your business elsewhere.

  Nice place, employees are friendly except for a old lady. She just started and she's already getting on my bad side. If you go to American Eagle Credit Union, DO NOT WORK WITH HER!!!!
