  I have nothing but good things to say about this bank. I have been here for 5 years and other than a few random lockouts (irregular purchases) on my debit car while traveling. They have been great. The phone service isn’t as bad as everyone says it is either. Sometimes they are busy and have to call you back(happens anywhere). Sometimes you can tell they are overwhelmed(not always easy to hide) however I have never not had something taken care of that needed to be resolved.

  I have been a member for over 20 years have never had an issue until I tried to get a home loan. Sandy Gardner, the loan officer is the worst to work with. She doesn't give accurate or knowledgeable information. I would not recommend getting a loan through Together unless you get a different loan officer.

  Originally had a ARM 7/1 with them and wanted to refinance to take advantage of better rates. 45 days later and having me chase my tail I was denied. Well. Rocket mortgage had my loan completed and we closed in 14 days. Together credit union is a complete joke.

  Spoke with "Terry Eartherton" to try and resolve an account issue she was beyond rude and condescending. I whole heartedly thought it was bc of my ethnic name and accent but reading the other reviews I see that they just have poor customer service all around which sadly made me feel better.. anyway find a new "bank" I called customer service @the 1-800 and they offered no assistance, the specialist they transferred me to didn't answer or return my call... I tried to file a formal complaint against the terry and it didn't seem they cared either... you're better off keeping your money at home or burying it before banking with "Together CU" 🙄

  Customer service via phone is absolutely appalling. I’ve been in the customer service business for 12 years and a customer of AECU for 4 years, and have never been treated so poorly...especially from my bank. Don’t waste your time calling this branch for a solution/help. I’ll be withdrawing my funds from this Credit Union once my new banking is set up. Not recommending this Credit Union or branch to anyone.

  This has been my preferred banking Branch for over a decade. The employees are always very helpful and courteous. I can't even begin to understand why people would rate them poorly. Probably just someone with a grudge.

  Since they changed over to Together Credit Union this bank has been horrible. I would not recommend.
